Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · Forever Wedding Platform · Effective immediately upon account creation

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means Forever Wedding Platform and all associated services, websites, and applications
• "We", "Us", "Our" means Forever Wedding Platform and its operator
• "You", "Client" means the registered account holder who purchased a service package
• "Guest" means a wedding guest who interacts with the invitation or uploads content
• "Content" means any text, photos, videos, or other media uploaded to the platform
• "Services" means all features and functionality provided by the platform

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• New accounts require manual activation by our team before access is granted
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Service Packages

4.1 Starter — €170 (one-time)

• Custom designed digital wedding invitation
• 70 MB media storage
• RSVP collection and management dashboard
• 1 language (Macedonian, Serbian, or English)
• 15-day hosting after the wedding date
• Add to calendar, countdown timer, schedule page

4.2 Premium — €280 (one-time)

• Everything in Starter
• Custom background music
• Simple QR code
• Photo slideshow
• 2 languages total
• 90-day hosting after event
• 150 MB media storage + 2 GB QR photo storage
• SMS to up to 150 guests (1 sending round)
• SMS delivery reports and guest open tracking

4.3 Professional — €350 (one-time)

• Everything in Premium
• Advanced QR with photo challenges and leaderboard
• SMS to up to 200 guests (1 sending round)
• 5 GB QR photo storage
• 2 languages total
• 1 Beast feature of your choice
• 200 MB media storage

4.4 Forever — €430 (one-time)

• Everything in Professional
• Custom domain (first year included)
• Permanent hosting
• 3 languages total
• 300 MB media storage + 5 GB QR photo storage
• SMS to up to 240 guests (2 sending rounds)
• All Beast features: Live Guest Map, Personalized Links, QR Challenges, Memory Page
• Music, slideshow, post-wedding memory page

5. Add-On Services

Additional features may be purchased at the rates specified on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Add-on prices are subject to change for new orders but locked in for existing orders.

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are in EUR and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated
• Payment is made via bank transfer to our designated account
• Account activation occurs within 24 hours of payment verification
• Payment must be completed at least 1 hour before invitation deployment
• We reserve the right to verify payment authenticity before activation
• Payment screenshots submitted for verification must be genuine and unaltered
• Submitting fraudulent payment proof is grounds for immediate account termination and legal action

7. Delivery & Timeline

• Your digital wedding invitation will be delivered within 5-7 working days of order submission
• You will receive a preview link for approval before the invitation goes live
• Revisions: up to 2 rounds of design revisions are included
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Delivery may be delayed if required information (guest list, content) is not provided on time

8. Hosting & Domain

• Hosting duration is as specified in your package
• After hosting expires, your invitation URL will become inactive
• We will attempt to notify you 7 days before hosting expiry
• Custom domains: first year registration is included where specified; subsequent years are the client's responsibility unless a permanent hosting bundle was purchased
• Domain + Permanent Hosting bundle (€150): we will renew the domain annually for the lifetime of our platform operation
• If we cease operations, we will provide 90 days notice and assist with domain transfer

9. SMS Services

• SMS messages are sent via a third-party provider
• Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on recipient carrier and network availability
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect numbers or carrier blocking do not qualify for refunds unless failure rate exceeds 10%
• SMS sending must be initiated before your wedding date
• You are responsible for ensuring phone numbers in your guest list are correct and have appropriate country codes
• Bulk SMS sending is rate-limited to prevent abuse

10. QR Photo Upload System

• Guests may upload photos/videos at the venue via a QR code
• Geo-location verification may be required (guests must be within range of the venue)
• Upload access expires as configured (default: 3 days after the wedding, 1 additional day as dead link)
• All uploads are automatically scanned for inappropriate content
• Storage limits apply according to your plan and purchased storage add-ons
• We are not responsible for content uploaded by wedding guests
• You may delete any guest-uploaded content at any time

11. Content Policy

You and your guests must not upload, share, or transmit:

• Sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic content
• Content depicting violence, abuse, or harm to persons or animals
• Content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against individuals or groups
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law
• Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• False, misleading, or fraudulent content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy, with or without notice.

12. Intellectual Property

• The platform, its design, code, branding, and methodology are our exclusive intellectual property
• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, videos)
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process it solely for providing the service
• Invitation designs created by us for you are licensed to you for personal use only
• You may not reproduce or resell invitation designs without written permission

13. Refund Policy

• Full refund: Within 48 hours of payment, before design work has begun
• Partial refund (50%): After design brief submitted but before first draft delivered
• No refund: After first design draft has been delivered
• Technical failure refund: Full refund if we are unable to deliver the core service
• SMS partial refund: Pro-rata refund for confirmed undelivered messages exceeding 10% of total
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the triggering event
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
• Circumvent security measures including geo-locking or rate limiting
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Upload fake payment screenshots
• Attempt to manipulate AI content moderation systems

15. Privacy & Data

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Feedback & Reviews

We may occasionally ask you to rate our services or participate in satisfaction surveys. Participation is entirely voluntary. Your feedback may be used in anonymized form to improve our services. We will never publish identifiable feedback without your explicit written consent.

17. Service Availability

• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance where possible
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government action, internet outages) exempt us from service level obligations

18. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of data beyond what is covered by our backup policy
• We are not liable for third-party service failures (SMS carriers, DNS providers, payment processors)
• Wedding memories are irreplaceable — we strongly recommend downloading and backing up all photos before your hosting expires

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

20. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms
• You may request account deletion at any time
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (except payment records retained per legal obligation)
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless the termination was caused by our breach

21. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will notify existing clients of significant changes that affect purchased features. Core purchased functionality will not be removed without a refund or suitable alternative.

22. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of North Macedonia.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.

25. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
